What is the Return Policy?

We accept returns within 30 days after the delivery date.

- Item/s must be in original condition with tags and/or hygiene seal attached.

- Items must not be worn, or have stains from make-up, sweat or any other substance on them.


We can not accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.

We recommend fitting the item/s over your underwear.

How can I return my order?

Click here  and enter your order number, email address and reason of return and you will receive your return label within 24 hours.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we can not change your order to exchange items.

Please make a new order for the desired items and return the items you don't want to keep.

My order is incomplete / Received a wrong item

Unfortunately, it is possible that something went wrong while processing your order. 

In this case, we advise you to contact customer service by email (in English or Dutch) to contact@fourteenfourthelabel.com stating the problem and ordernummer.

Received a damaged item

Oops whe're sorry! We would like to receive a photo of the damaged item and offer a solution.

How much are the shipping fees?

Delivery Costs will be automatically calculated in your shopping bag, after you entered your address.

We provide free delivery for orders above €100.

How long does the shipping take?

We ship your order as fast as possible, due to holidays or busy periods shipping may take longer than usual.
